Everything here is provided in good faith and for information. We keep it accurate, but availability, pricing and vendor lists change, so nothing on this site is an offer in itself.
Quotations and estimates
The budget estimator on this site produces an indicative range, not a quotation. A real quotation follows a conversation, a venue check and a menu tasting, and is issued in writing. Neither side is committed until that quotation is accepted and any booking amount is paid.
Bookings
Each event is governed by the written agreement for that event, which sets out scope, schedule, payment stages and what happens if a date moves or an event is cancelled. Where that agreement and this page differ, the agreement applies.
Images on this site
Photographs are used with permission or under licence. Please do not reproduce them. If you believe an image of your event appears here without your consent, write to us and we will remove it promptly.
Liability
We take responsibility for the work we are contracted to deliver. We are not liable for matters outside our control — weather, venue closures, civic restrictions or acts of third parties we did not appoint.
