What we do with your details.

What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, and details about the event — date, guest count, budget range and any notes. We do not ask for anything else and we do not buy data about you from anyone.

Why we hold it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and coordinate the vendors your event needs. That is the only reason.

Who else sees it

If you engage us, the vendors working on your event — venue, caterer, decor, film, transport — receive only what they need to do their part, such as the date, venue and guest count. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them for anyone else's marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted within twelve months. Records of events we delivered are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Your choices

Write to [add EMAIL in site.config.py] and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you ask us to stop contacting you we will stop.

This website

The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If we ever add analytics it will be a cookieless service that does not identify individual visitors. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of serving the request.
